Pros: Does exactly what it says it does. Time shifting, TV Guide, recording and converting, it does it all easily without stutter. Picture clarity is fabulous and the 1080i is stunning on the 27" iMac screen. There is only the briefest lag to stream live tv to the iPad. Changing channels works flawlessly and fairly quickly when you get the IR blaster correctly positioned. So if you are having trouble try shifting the blaster's position.

Cons: It would be better if you could change the port. Setup could be described better. You must reboot before it will stream to iPad/iPhone and the instructions do not tell you that. Although these are irritating there is no reason to remove a star. No HDMI port!

Overall Review: It really should have been HDMI and not component video.

Pros: Great sound, easy to pair

Overall Review: The neck of this device broke in less than 6 months of light use.

Pros: I've used a lot of Trendnet's products over the years and my experience had been positive. This product was fast to setup and easy to configure. I received excellent signal strength throughout the entire house as well as the backyard. Newegg's RMA procedure is quick and painless.

Cons: Lan port #1 died within a very short time. Lan port #1 started to slow down, dropped connections and finally died completely. The rest of the router continued to work well.

Overall Review: I hope this is an aberration and not a trend.
