Pros: First of all, this game has revolutionized the Pokemon series by using a 3d graphics engine. That in itself is a great benefit to the many fans who have wanted this. Secondly, there are a slew of new pokemon and other elements to the game, such as character customization and mega evolutions that make a fresh start in the series. I would reccomend this game.

Cons: Personally, I think that Nintendo's artists had a lack of imagination with many pokemon in this game, such as with the starter pokemon. Other than that, I believe this game would be a great buy.
