Pros: These are the same great Hitachi drives that I have used for dozens of RAID 1 small business server builds. High reliability (for a consumer 3.5" drive) High performance (for a consumer 7200K drive)

Cons: Toshiba wasn't nice enough to market these as HGST technology.

Overall Review: Western Digital had to sign over the 3.5" business it acquired from Hitachi to Toshiba to appease the FTC. Now we have the joy of finding these good drives through a maze of name switches.

Pros: Was on sale, attractive heat spreaders and passes Memtest

Cons: Caused crashes and system instability in a brand new PC with Asus MB and Intel i3. Replaced with my usual brand RAM of the same specifications and the system has been happy since.

Overall Review: Not sure why it will pass Memtest 4.2 for hours on end in the same system that it crashes under windows. Just goes to show that synthetic tests can never duplicate the real world.

Pros: - Works well and comes with very little bloatware. - Light weight for a 17" laptop - Looks good - Great value for the price

Cons: - Power supply is of the "wall wart" variety, it will take up two or three outlets depending on how its plugged in. If you only have one available outlet you will need an extension cord or outlet saver. - No M.2 slot on the motherboard. That is right, its 2019 and there is no M.2 slot for fast storage, no idea what Lenovo was thinking here and this would have been a deal breaker had I know this. I wasted a lot of good money purchasing a NVMe SSD for this laptop and now I have to purchase another 2.5" SATA SSD. - Comes with a mechanical hard drive... - Only one memory channel, one slot, nothing soldered on the board. This means this laptop can only have half the RAM at half the speed than what is supported by the CPU. Again what could have been the point of this, its purposefully crippled.

Overall Review: I am an IT professional and so I am a bit critical of some details that most people would never even know about. So while I would purchase this laptop again it should be fine for the average user.

Pros: I just installed these lights yesterday and all 8 work out of the box. The single LED light is creates enough light to add ambience. Comes with a mounting plate to mount on flat surfaces in addition to 4x4 posts

Cons: The definition of cheap Chinese manufacturing, they work now but I do not expect them to last a year. Not enough light to provide light for seeing anything. I highly doubt that these will work as actual post caps, to keep the top of my posts dry in the rain.

Overall Review: These things are for looks only. I gave them 4 stars because relative to the price they look good and work, even if they are made of such cheap plastic and parts that I doubt they will work very long.

Pros: It fit into my case, the tray opens and windows recognizes that the drive is there and even that there is a BD disk inserted

Cons: This drive will NOT read data from any of my Blu Ray disks even though it recognizes that the disk has been inserted. Any attempt at accessing data on the disks from any software that I have ends in failure. As others have said I also cannot update to the latest firmware, getting the checksum error. In reading documentation on LGs website I see no mention of support for Windows 10, only 8 and below so that may be the problem but considering I purchased this drive brand new in May of 2017 this not an acceptable excuse.

Pros: Great bang for buck VERY power efficient and will run on most OEM power supplies

Cons: There are more powerful cards for less but they require twice the power to operate.

Overall Review: I don't own this particular manufactures 750 ti but I wanted to correct the previous commenters post about the cowl not being functional. It may appear due to the open ends that the plastic cowl is only for looks but that is NOT the case, do not remove it! The plastic cowl prevents a vortex ring (goggle it) from forming around the heat sink which would greatly reduce cooling performance.
