Pros: This is a great drive for the price. 32mb of cache memory is going to soon be the norm. Temperatures have been consistently between 32 C and 37 C in a Netgear ReadyNAS storage unit.

Cons: This drive is not particularily speedy but it's no slouch either. I ordered 2 of these drives for a NAS enclosure, one of which needed to be RMA'd due to SMART errors which indicated an iminant crash. Said drive caused my NAS enclosure to freeze at 71% of the formatting process. The 2nd drives failure did not count towards the 4 egg rating.

Overall Review: I have seen many reviews with drives that needed to be RMA'd. Samsung seems to have a quality control problem that needs to be investigated. Also, it takes far to long for Newegg to complete the RMA process and ofcourse there is the added expense of shipping back the bad drive. This reduces the appeal of ordering online.

Pros: One of the two cameras I purchased works well. The wireless works fine but is slightly difficult to upset for inexperienced users. The casing has held up well in wet weather. The ir illumination covers between 30 and 50 ft as advertised.

Cons: One of the 2 cams I purchased stops transmitting video from the wireless or wired connections. You can see network activity on the indicator lights but the cam is unresponsive. You have to unplug the camera to get it to transmit video. It will again become unresponsive after 10 min to an hour. Also the camera is not stamped Loftek on the casing even through its image here on new egg with this seller clearly shows three Loftek logo.

Overall Review: Hit or miss, I should have spent $160 on a higher quality camera that works than bought these 2 where only one does. Emailed seller, no response. Emailed Loftek, no response. Lofteks spam filled forum offers no relevant solutions.

Pros: Do not buy from this seller. Poor customer service. They sat on my order for 5 days at a different market place before responding to my cancellation request. I had been notified the item was shipped on the 25th, and someone they were able to cancel my order for me on the 30th. Why? Because it hadn't left the warehouse. The only positive thing I can say is that they did apologize and they did cancel my order. A lot of good that did me, while my money was tied up and I thought they gift I bought was on the way.

Cons: The cons are that this should have been seller feedback for BluTekUSA but you can't leave seller feedback if you didn't order from them on Newegg. I ordered from them at a different vendor.

It's in the title. I have a problem with a camera I ordered. Seller had not responded to my email. It had been days. I'm stuck with a lemon.
