Pros: Overall the machine has been great. Has run anything I can throw at it on high settings with fast processing. I used it for both work and play and had very few issues untill the power addapter in the computer started haveing issues.

Cons: Bloatwear!!! My biggest issue has been the lack of customer support. My unit had a bad power connector so it wont recieve a charge. It was an off an on thing for a while until it finally recieves no charge at all from the power supply. So this has rendered my "awesome" machine irrelivant for more almost a month now. E-mailed tech suport which sent me a number that no one aswers. Eventually goes to an aswering machine and as of this afternoon was "dissconnected".

Overall Review: Overal I'd say the computer itself is quite impressive and has promise to be one of the better macines on the market at a good price. But the lack of customer support has all but ruined what started as a very possitive experience.
