Cons: there's horror stories of bad response and denial of rebates. one i received mine i will see and update. Also it is resource hungry

Pros: Rosewill is proving to be a solid company for products. Similar to another company that creates quality products, the idea is to provide quality products at prices affordable for average people. I use this daily for most part. So far so good.

Pros: great price for a computer's hardware and material, though it was refurbished, the only things i could notice is minor scratch's on the outside which could have been the shipping, the computer is working fine, and i have yet to notice a problem, a good buy and was worth my money.

Cons: cannot seem to find the battery, so i am unable to take it out while it is plugged in, otherwise besides some random programs, it is good

Overall Review: i am a solider in Afghanistan and ordered this about three weeks ago, it made the trip in good health and no problems yet, good job newegg for supporting the troops
