Pros: I had some trouble with a desktop build. I bought the parts, but didn't get around to the build for several weeks. As I built it, I had some intermittent trouble and suspected it to be the power switch on this Cougar case. I contacted Cougar and they sent me a replacement switch quickly and at no charge. Bravo!

Cons: No "cons.: The reason for 4 eggs is the switch had trouble in the first place.

Pros: I can't think of any 'PRO'S' to give to a unit that doesn't work.

Cons: I bought this item for a build. But it took me several weeks to get around to working on the project. Once I got it assembled, I began having some intermittent, pre-POST, turn on/turn off problems. Again, I set the project aside. When I got back to to it, the problem was still intermittent, but was increasingly frequent. I took the finished computer to my local repair-shop (where I have a good working relationship) and they determined this MB was causing the problem. Of course I can't send it back to NewEgg for a refund because it's past the 30 days...but because of my delays in the build, this MB is still a new unit to me! So I got burned and now have to buy another new MB. Of course this MB is no longer stocked (likely because of its defects), so my review won't be seen by anyone and serves no purpose other than allowing me to vent some frustration. So shame on ASRock for this faulty MB...and shame on me for being too busy to work on this project in a timely manner.
