Pros: Many options, and it sounds terrific. Once you get it set up to your liking, you will be happy.
Cons: (Can't swear in reviews) - the menus. I am a techie, and setting stuff up just shouldn't be this hard. Buttons on the remote that, when pressed, give no response, because they are context sensitive and you are in the wrong context. Once you figure out how to display a menu, you're presented with 1 option - an acronym and the choice of on or off. How about, at minimum, tell me what the (can't swear in reviews) acronym is? I've been at it for hours over the last 10 days. My Boxee Box sounds and works great, as does my BluRay player. Still can't get sound from TV-->receiver. Setting up AirPlay is not _complicated_ per se, just needlessly complex. I remember setting up audio and video in very early versions of Linux being this arcane. I hope someone at Pioneer drops some firmware effort into this receiver, because the hardware is great.
Overall Review: I have no doubt at all that, once I get this set up completely, I will be pleased. I will not update the stars because it just shouldn't be this hard to get it there.
