Pros: A very good budget gaming laptop.

Cons: I deducted one star because when I started it up there was an annoying ticking noise coming from the fan. I've owned/worked with a lot of brand laptops and this is the first I've heard of a ticking noise coming from a laptop. I thought it might have been because the fan hadn't spun in a while and needed to run. After 2 hours running in the house it still ticked. RMA thoughts came to mind. However, since I live in Dallas and it was 100 degrees outside, I decided to let it run outside for a couple of hours and see if I can encourage the oil in the fan to thin and spread. That worked and 2 weeks later it is running well and as expected. Btw, others have complained about the fan noise out of the box and there is one video on youtube. One point deduction for the quality control on the fan lubrication but other than that I've very happy with it.
