Pros: I have had consistently positive experiences with Lenovo notebooks in the workplace. They are typically stable as a rock and would not hesitate to purchase on on past experience. I have also had positive experiences in the past purchasing from NewEgg.

Cons: I was shocked to say the least when the PC arrived at my door step. It was so poorly packaged and it looked like it had gone through a "war zone". This is a "used" not refurbished machine that matched my expectations. Paper stickers were placed over the keys to hide years of use. The plastic housing was in poor condition. Most importantly, I couldn't get the machine to launch. I'm not sure they have the drives properly imaged. When I have purchased refurbished machines, they typically are "like new" and this one clearly was not.

Overall Review: Pass on this one!
