So far so good

HP EX920 M.2 1TB PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe 3D TLC NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) 2YY47AA#ABC
HP EX920 M.2 1TB PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe 3D TLC NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) 2YY47AA#ABC

Pros: Windows 10 recognized it and installed correctly.

Cons: Hum... Nothing yet.

Overall Review: I was going to install this with a HDD for data storage and old stuff, but then I realized I'm a hoarder and I need to let all that old stuff go. Or attach it as necessary, whatever. So.. it looks like it's gonna be okay. I mean it boots and runs super fast and all that, what else can I ask?

Most Critical Review

It's OK BUT...

Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro 7.1 Channels 24-bit 192KHz PCI Interface Sound Card
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro 7.1 Channels 24-bit 192KHz PCI Interface Sound Card

Pros: The best thing about this card is not having to worry about setting the sound to the best quality in all your games. There is no worry that the sound is going to slow anything down.

Cons: OK... Buyer beware! There is no way to hook your case's front audio to this card. I have a new Antec 900 case (AWESOME) and I would love to connect my front audio to this card and use it, but not happening. I think there is a part you buy from Creative to use their own proprietary front audio. There are forums on how to modify a connector, but that is rediculous. This high-end card should come with that feature, especially for the price.

Overall Review: Typing this made me mad all over again, and I changed the rating from a 4 to a 3. On a positive note, it seems to work well in Vista64 especially after installing Alchemy, but the glaring ommision of front audio connectors makes other cards much more attractive.

OK... But

AMD Ryzen 7 2nd Gen - Ryzen 7 2700X Pinnacle Ridge (Zen+) 8-Core 3.7 GHz (4.3 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 105W YD270XBGAFBOX Desktop Processor
AMD Ryzen 7 2nd Gen - Ryzen 7 2700X Pinnacle Ridge (Zen+) 8-Core 3.7 GHz (4.3 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 105W YD270XBGAFBOX Desktop Processor

Pros: It does everything it says, no complaints there,

Cons: Ok, seriously with this packaging? I mean come one! I bought a specific model that is specific to one socket, why do you give me install instruction for installing on an AM2 board???

Overall Review: Well, it does do all the things you already read. BUT. When you have to install it, just start guessing about the fan, Nothing about it in the instructions. So maybe this will help someone... There are 2 covered ports, one for USB and one for RGB. If you have that RGB connection then you are good to go, don't worry about the USB one. Also, put the AMD logo in the top left corner on the fan, that seems to be the best orientation (no instructions). One side note: The RGB on the fan seems to be addressable with MLB software, except for the one ring right around the fan... it has a mind of it's own. ***EDIT*** Ok you can control that ring of light with Cooler Master software (undocumented) and if you plug in the USB (undocumented). Not changing my 4 Egg review, this stuff should be explained in a manual. Loving the speed of this thing!

Yeah this thing is the bomb-sniggledy!

StarTech USB312SAT3 USB to SATA Adapter Cable - 2.5in and 3.5in Drives - USB 3.1 - 10Gbps - External Hard Drive Cable - Hard Drive Adapter Cable

Pros: Works!

Cons: Nope!

Overall Review: I've used the USB2 version of this thing for years at work, but I didn't feel right stealing one for personal use, so I bought this one. And it's brilliant! U need one of these things, even if you don't know why yet. Trust me!

Worked Very Well

G.SKILL Trident Z RGB (For AMD) 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Desktop Memory Model F4-3600C18D-16GTZRX

Pros: No problems. XMP Profile 1 and it went straight to 3600 on a Gigabyte X470 Gaming 7 Wifi

Cons: Nothing to report.

Overall Review: Ok. There were negative reviews for this, noted. I didn't have those problems. Check out the Gigabyte Gaming 7 X470 QVL, I think there is a typo. It states: 8gb F4-3600C18Q-16GTZRX as compatible. The Q stands for Quad. So if 8gb quad, then this should mean a 32gb kit. So change that one letter to a D (dual) and you have this kit right here. So I think that is why when I booted the first time and put Profile1 it immediately went to 3600. No BIOS upgrade or anything, it just worked. But hey, thank you negative reviewers... it brought the price down LOL

Dont Believe the NEGATIVITY!!!

Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 64-bit for System Builders
Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 64-bit for System Builders

Pros: I HATE all the VISTA bashers! This OS is great, and yeah, I gave myself a 5 for tech knowledge because I have been in IT for 10+ years. 1st and foremost: I have found ZERO compatability problems! There are things (i.e. games that don't support muti-core CPU's) that work better on Vista than XP. Some older games (yeah I'm a gamer) have to be run as Admin... same as W7 that launched today BTW. Vista Ultimate also has Dreamscene which is pretty slick! And the User Account Control that everyone is complaining about, can be TURNED OFF!!! That's right kiddies. Anyway, a GREAT OS that got a bad rap.... too bad. :(

Cons: Everyone will tell you it sucks.... DON'T LISTEN!

Overall Review: Were any of ya'll in the tech field when XP launched? That was HORRIBLE! Every scanner in the world was instantly obsolete. Driver Signing was just introduced and was a royal pain! All DOS based utilities (like doing a virus scan in DOS w/out booting the OS) were instantly useless. What a PIECE! But now it can do no wrong, imagine that. All in all, I think the ppl who gave Vista a bad rap are clueless and should just box up their computer and send it back. BTW, I'm no MS fanboy... WinME was truly bad. It would place millions of 0kb .inf files in the INF folder so that when you tried to install new harware it locked up... among other huge problems. So listen: I would truly tell you if Vista was bad, but I haven't found that to be the case.
