Overall Review: After about a year and half the base started to perforate around the shock of the chair. I contacted Rosewill regarding the problem and they said they would contact their warehouse for a replacement base and they would get back to me when they heard back from their warehouse. After some time I heard back and they said there was not a replacement but they would be willing to pay for my return shipping on an RMA with Newegg and a free replacement. Now anyone who has ever tried to take apart an office chair after it's been used knows it's nearly impossible to do. I expressed this concern with the representative and they adjusted the compensation from the paid shipping RMA to an entirely free new chair shipped free of charge. The relief of not having to wait for newegg to process my RMA just to have my replacement shipped and have to wait another 7-10 days was immense. I'm incredibly satisfied with this purchase and the customer support I have received.

Pros: Played most games at max with 35+ fps

Cons: Died after 9 months.

Overall Review: In the middle of a game I got a BSOD and it wouldn't output anymore. I tested it in other computers and everything. The fans would spin so it was getting power, the GPU just didn't seem to be outputting anything.

Pros: the obvious specs of the card

Cons: I've yet to see a game actually detect the card has 8GB of memory. Every game I've ran and even some benchmarking softwares only detect 4GB of usable memory. Had I known it would perform this way, I would've gone for a different card.

Pros: Customizable and competitive in cost to building it myself Built it and wired it for me.

Cons: DOA Arrived upside down (fragile arrows saying which side to keep up were pointing downward~_~) Turns on but doesn't produce video output from either onboard or PCIe card included

Overall Review: Tried to email the manufacturers tech support because you have to sign a waver absolving Newegg of responsibility and haven't heard back yet. I've heard horror stories from Cyberpowers customer service that I've yet to experience. I'm hoping it's not as bad as I've heard

Pros: Great BiOS, high memory capacity, tons of sata connections. USB 3.0, 3 onboard video outputs and 6port audio with fiber and spdif

Cons: BiOS is shipped out of date (normal) but is incompatible with a lot of CPUs, Drivers come loaded with a ton of obnoxious software, some of which was killing my connection by setting my bandwidth to 0 every once in a while so I had to uninstall it.

Overall Review: As of yesterday my motherboard just sort of decided it was done doing anything and stopped working. My computer froze a couple of times and after 3 times in an hour it just stopped booting all together and will only display "99" in the bottom corner and won't get to POST even barebones with only the PSU, and 1 stick of RAM. 2 eggs because I would buy again but I am very upset about the spontaneous death of my MOBO
