It works

Pros: It works
Cons: None so far...
Overall Review: From experience, I don't expect this to last more than a year or two but who knows.
Don't like it

Pros: It is a stylus and can work
Cons: The tip is almost a balloon. It squishes down. I've found that fairly cumbersome when actually using it since it is hard to tell where you are pressing as the actual tip is somewhere within the squishy tip.
Overall Review: I could probably get more accurate as I get used to it, but I just don't like it
Not satisfied at all

Pros: It has a working 24" monitor. No /noticeable/ dead pixels
Cons: Got it today, not OS X 10.6 . The OS on it is OS X 10.5.6 . I cannot even buy Lion or Snow Leopard or Mountain Lion through the store normally. Waiting on apple to get back with me. It is probably going to cost me around 30+20 USD to upgrade this (30 for the Snow Leopard and 20 for the Mountain Lion). That or 30 + 30 if I get Lion. Did not come with keyboard or mouse. Unlike some other machines (many of which are older), this did not automatically detect my logitech mouse and it did not know the keyboard so I had to get a mouse and keyboard (another 20 USD) to use it. It is extremely slow. Much slower than the one I am used to using (which is pretty much the same thing but actually has the right OS). The screen feels fairly dim.
Overall Review: I rarely give 5s or 1s. I generally stay with a 40/100 to 80/100. Normally I stick with 3 and 4. Unfortunately, this is one of the few that will receive a 1. I'm probably going to see if newegg is willing to refund me the cost of snow leopard and the keyboard/mouse (I got the cheapest available within the area so I hope they have no complaints unless they want to send me some). considering it was supposed to come with the machine. Also the RMA cost (unless they are willing to have it picked up and are willing to replace it or do a price match with apple). There is no way I can return it (the box is practically held together by tape as it is and I'm not dragging it 10+ miles on foot). I can almost say there is more tape than cardboard in the box's material composition. The mac nearly fell out just carrying it from the front door. The packing material was broken so the mac was loose. Luckily, I was holding it by the bottom so my hand stopped it. (My hand, however, does not appreciate a heavy object slamming into it).
It works

Pros: It works, the cable length is fairly decent.
Cons: None so far

Pros: It works
Cons: It isn't very long
Overall Review: Make sure you use the right plug! Attempting to use the wrong plug can result in permanent damage! (If it doesn't go in with a gentle push, you probably grabbed the wrong one; if your device isn't being powered, you probably grabbed the wrong one.)
