Great Case

Fractal Design Arc Mini Black High Performance PC Computer Case w/ USB 3.0 and 3 Fractal Design Silent Fans
Fractal Design Arc Mini Black High Performance PC Computer Case w/ USB 3.0 and 3 Fractal Design Silent Fans

Pros: I used this case for my parents new PC. It was the third computer I have built, and the first two were gaming beasts in big cases, so those were a breeze. I checked out a lot of MicroATXmini towers and this case had some great reviews and in looking at the pictures it seemed like it would be nice to build in. Let me tell you, it was great. The case is set up really nice, a lot of fan spots in a small case, nice filters, removable HDD cages, and the inside is even painted black. The cable management was really nice, the semi modular PSU was helpful with that as well, but there was plenty of room for cables behind the MoBo tray. I am contemplating using this case for my next rig, I want something small and more portable than my HAF 912 rig. I would recommend this case to anyone. Cheers.

Cons: None that I can think of right now. Even the fans that came with it are nice.

Works great

Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BK 140mm UFB (Updraft Floating Balance) CPU Cooler
Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BK 140mm UFB (Updraft Floating Balance) CPU Cooler

Pros: Keeps my FX-8350 @ 4.5 w/ 1.4v at 55C max on prime95 after 8 hours of running. Since my apartment is cold a lot of the time the CPU idles at around 5-10C most of the time. During gaming the CPU does not top 40C all year.

Cons: The fans were a bit tricky to mount. Luckily, a youtube video helped. The directions that come with the heat sink are nonexistent. Really, there were none in the box.

Overall Review: HUGE! But that is the point. It works like it supposed too, the fans are quiet, and I have no complaints. I would recommend this to anyone trying to OC their CPU on air.

Good little PSU

SeaSonic X Series X650 Gold (SS-650KM Active PFC F3) 650W ATX12V V2.3/EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified Hasw

Pros: Fully modular, quality construction, gold certified. The cables are all black and it comes in awesome velvet bags. Got it for 89.99 on cyber monday, I did a dance of joy.

Cons: Has some coil whine. After looking in the OC.net forums about this, it seems that a lot of people have the same coil whine issue with seasonic PSU's, which is quite annoying, but not worth an RMA wait. But, worth docking an egg for. I can really hear it when my computer is asleep, not so much when it is running, mainly because I have seven fans in my computer and I game with head phones on.

Overall Review: Do not let the chance of coil whine steer you away from this PSU.

Great Keyboard

Logitech G105 Call of Duty: MW3 Edition Keyboard
Logitech G105 Call of Duty: MW3 Edition Keyboard

Pros: Back lit, three macro settings, and great key feel. Also, the gaming button that shuts off the windows button is clutch as well as the brightness settings for the back lit keys. Does not feel cheap, nothing has rubbed off so far.

Cons: It is COD branded, but nothing that a cool sticker could not fix.

Overall Review: Got it because it was on sale for 27.99 on cyber monday.

Its a beast for the price

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition - Phenom II X4 Deneb Quad-Core 3.4 GHz Socket AM3 125W Processor - HDZ965FBGMBOX

Pros: I have been using this for the past year, OC'd to 3.8 ghz stable for 24hrs, and I am very happy with it. It was easy to OC, runs anything I throw at it, and it just hangs out stable.

Cons: It runs hot since it is a 125W chip. The stock heat sink is garbage if you want to OC it at all, but I slapped a 212 evo on it and it just chills for hours at 1.51vcore 100% load in prime95, never reaching above 57C. Not worth docking any eggs over.

Overall Review: It is a great budget CPU if you want to game. If you are thinking of buying it, DO IT!

sweet.

Pros: so far so good. fully oc'd using CCC to adjust. 1050/1450. ruuns everything i throw at it with ease. stable on 3Dbench11 with temps at 55C max.

Cons: none so far.

Overall Review: looks nice in my case. black and sleek. a black backplate would be awesome.
