Pros: Works as advertised, Pretty LED'S will make heads turn, OC's quite well, Gigabyte Sniper M5 loves this stuff. XMP works with no quirks, Lifetime warranty, Very stylish, Top notch build quality and it's performance gives the competition a run for their money.
Cons: Well none really. My only complaint is that I wish they would have their Blitz series out, because I would have most definitely purchased that instead. Maybe they should allow a trade in possibly when it comes out, though I have no idea.
Other Thoughts: This RAM nearly outperforms all other manufacturers in the same frequency during benchmarks.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: BitFenix Shinobi Window Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Pros: Rounded corners, Ability to hide cables behind motherboard, Tons of room for additional fans and closed loop water coolers, Nice stylish black interior, Plenty of room inside, a spot for a fan below the SSD bay adapter was a good surprise and the rubberized front panel that is smooth to the touch.
Cons: The metal mesh in the front is barely secured, be careful if you plan on dragging the case backwards across carpet as it will definitely catch on the lose mesh sticking out on the bottom of the front panel and bend the mesh. Also the power cord connector to the front fan was melted, but still worked. I was put off to see that the first time after opening the case the inspect it. Had the fan not worked, I would have been quite upset.
Also one of the tool-less adapters for a 2.5 bay was all scratched up and looked just terrible. I moved it on the opposite side so it couldn't be seen, but compared to the others it stuck out quite obviously. Granted it was still functional, but not something you want to see when you just bought it brand new with no indication that there could be damage to parts, and not as a result from shipping. The case was on sale but I think I should have paid $10 less than I did already considering it seems this case was refurbished or something.
I thought BitFenix was all about quality control.
Other Thoughts: The case looks great, installing my motherboard / routing my cables for my power supply was a snap and the tool-less design actually works. I'm slightly put off by the blemishes I noticed, but the case still works so I'm only knocking one egg off on BitFenix part for lack of quality control. Had there been something that didn't work as a result this would have been an entirely different review.READ FULL REVIEW
