Excellent Router
Pros: Fast, reliable, very good features, easy to set up.
Cons: Range isn't amazing, but that's to be expected without external antennae.
Overall Review: I used this as my all-in-one home network device for more than a year with absolutely no downtime. It performs routing, switching, and wireless ap duties quickly, reliably, and tirelessly. Everything was easy to set up, including the port forwarding required for gaming. File server function works, but doesn't reach the potential of USB 2.0. VPN function is incredibly useful and doesn't require a special client (compatible with iOS, android, and Windows for sure). Excellent choice for any home network.
Excellent
Pros: Fast, affordable, and the integrated graphics processor hasn't disappointed me yet. I got this processor to use in a Windows 8 build for my parents. I can easily say that it has way more power than they are ever going to need. It's wonderful how the computer does a full poweron in less than 10 seconds (I'm sure the SSD helps a little).
Cons: This processor runs a bit hotter than I'd like (~70 C). Automatic overclocking made my system unstable, multiple blue screens. After turning overclocking off, system is very reliable. It has been running for months without errors. Driver included with windows 8 has issues when powering the screen on after it turns itself off. HDMI audio is not detected until after a software disconnect/reconnect of HDMI screen. Had too much trouble repairing install of AMD's video driver (uninstalled trying to fix blue screen issues). Eventually gave up because HDMI audio is only used semi-often.
Overall Review: I could probably fix the overheating issue with a better heatsink and the driver issue by not being lazy. Overall, an excellent choice.
Excellent
Pros: Speed, reliability, speed, lightweight, speed, price, did I mention speed? This drive is incredibly fast. Full poweron of Windows 8 in less than 10 seconds. This drive is ridiculous. Included software worked flawlessly to clone the active OS drive on my lousy old mechanical HDD.
Cons: There is no reasonable complaint for this drive.
Overall Review: Bought this to use for OS drive on a Windows 8 build for my parents. It worked so well, I couldn't resist getting one to spiff up my old Windows 7 laptop. Bought another one to use on a home server/picture editing pc build. Programs install in seconds instead of the several minutes it takes on a mechanical drive. Drive is cheap enough that RAIDing multiple SSDs is practical for those of us without trust funds.
Works Fine
Pros: It was cheap and easy to install. It also worked fine the first time I tried to use it. Before I Put this in my computer, the Windows Experience index on my computer was 5.9; after, this RAM upgrade brought it up to 6.9.
Cons: No problems yet. It was a little annoying trying to get the modules out of the package though(most difficult part of the install).
Overall Review: After putting this upgrade into my computer, the only thing slowing it down is the hard drive. This RAM is awesome for running VM Ware with multiple virtual machines. I tried running 4 virtual machines at once, and it worked fine. It only took me 5 mins to install the new RAM modules, and it was really easy. It also shipped pretty quickly, but it only had to travel a few hundred miles. Only time will tell if this memory is going to be reliable, but I have no reason to doubt that it will work fine. I wonder if some of the people who had problems might have damaged their modules with ESD, but I guess you never really know.
