Great computer for the cheap price
Pros: Decent GPU & CPU for light gaming. Runs smoothly after starting up & installing drivers. GPU supports DX12. I have not had any problems with this computer at all. It's a full tower, so there is definitely room for upgrading down the line. Overall, the computer is definitely worth getting for the price.
Cons: OS is home premium, & the HDD doesn't have a very large capacity. Update: 2 of the 4 SATA ports on the MOBO do not work (so the 2nd HDD I got had to be plugged into the one that the Optical drive used, removing the function of the optical drive). However, it may be just my MOBO as it is a hardware issue.
Overall Review: I play a LOT of L4D2 & this desktop has replaced my laptop for gaming & general use. Update: I don't have a large need for the Optical drive (my laptop has a Blu-Ray drive), but it was a nice bonus to have.
Not what I expected
Pros: Nice size, good speed, built-in speakers do work, has an e-sata port, runs smoothly.
Cons: Not dual-core (I googled the specs for the name of the CPU and it came up with dual-core), speakers sound bad, frame is bent slightly in the back, small hard drive.
Bad customer support
Does not return emails within a reasonable amount of time. Nor does the company send you tracking information once item is shipped. It seemed they actually refunded me when I asked. Then 3 days later, they recharged my account and sent tracking info the day before the product came.
