Insane value

Pros: Price, brand, quality of construction
Cons: Long cook times
Overall Review: The previous reviewer's cowardice (N/A for a name?) and obvious lack of ownership of the unit notwithstanding, I picked this up on a super sale for under $100 and finally got a fuzzy logic rice cooker after owning a plain jane $15 rice cooker. I love that I can set a timer and wake up to oatmeal, or set a timer to have the rice ready at mealtime. I like making brown rice from time to time, but usually by the time I want it there isn't time to make it. This allows you to set it early and have it ready by mealtime -- but it does take 2 hrs. to make brown rice. So unless you have a pressure cooker (25 min), brown rice is still a planned event. I am here to say there is no rice volume conspiracy going on in the land of Panasonic. It can make up to 10 "cups" of white rice. The "cup" measurement is the plastic cup that comes with the cooker.
Two years later, stopped working

Pros: Sound quality, network capability, mobile app maturity.
Cons: Reliability.
Overall Review: I have had many amps in my system and none provided the level of sound quality, technical capability, and perceived build quality of this unit. And then it crapped out. Glad it has a three year warranty, but was hoping for better reliability of a +$1,000 consumer appliance.
