Pros: This TV is excellent. Others complain about the audio quality, but they really only sound tinny the first day or so out of the box. After several hours of use, they sound great. The picture on this TV is excellent. Deep blacks and bright whites that will burn your eyes out. No anti-aliasing or banding issues. The tv also sports nine inputs, 4 of which are HDMI. One thing that's cool is that the first HDMI input has an optional 1/8" mini input so you can cycle the sound through from your PC if you're doing DVI to HDMI. The TV has some nice menu options too. There are boat-loads of color settings and adjustments. The swivel base also makes it nice because I use the TV as a computer monitor also and need to tilt it towards my desk. Really this TV is ridiculously good for the price I paid for it.

Cons: The only thing I found about the TV that I didn't like was that there is no clock. I read through the entire manual and went through every option, but there's no onscreen time display.
