Pros: Overall good picture quality.

Cons: Horrible viewing angles, especially vertical.

Overall Review: I just started using this monitor at work (dual monitor setup, actually). The picture is good, but only if your eyes are below the midpoint of the screen. I've heard (and agree with) ergonomics advice that you should have your eye level closer to the top of the screen; it is more natural to look slightly downward. Unfortunately, if your eyes are above the midpoint of the screen, the colors wash out very quickly, putting slightly more strain on the eyes (which I'm sure will build up over the years, as I'm still under 30). I can't see the light gray background that alternates gray/white between instant messaging posts. It disappears unless I slouch in my chair or raise the monitors to an uncomfortable viewing height.
