It Worked Well, for a Long Time

TP-LINK TL-WN722N Wireless N150 High Gain USB Adapter, 150Mbps, w/4 dBi High Gain Detachable Antenna, IEEE 802.11b/g/n, WEP, WPA/WPA2

Pros: So, I have had this item for a few years now and just recently replaced it. It's relatively impossible to do an in depth review of something as basic as a wireless network adapter, but here we go. I used this a floor above where my WIFI signal originated, and I experienced very infrequent disconnects. So, if you're on a budget and you want something that pretty much "just works" go ahead and buy this. It will "just work" for a long time. I was able to both game and watch movies on this adapter, so there is no problem there. This adapter would be fine for most people.

Cons: The biggest downside to this product has to be the fact that it isn't dual band, though it was only a negative for me because I was so far away from my wireless router. If you have a dual band router and you want a consistent signal and you are not on a budget, pay the ~$50 for a highly rated dual band wireless adapter. As I got closer to wanting a replace for this adapter, I was getting more frequent disconnects. Occasionally the adapter would randomly disconnect itself from my computer. Definitely annoying if you want a consistent signal for play multiplayer games. As for me, I did end up replacing it after about 2 years with a dual band wireless adapter.

Overall Review: So yes. I recommend this adapter if you meet these conditions: 1) You are on a budget. 2) You don't need an extreme distance connection. 3) You don't have a dual band router.

Pros: Very affordable 1080p gaming is quite fun on this card, and it handles just about everything. I haven't tried to throw Crysis 3 at it, and I probably won't because I don't play that game.

Cons: Isn't a 770?

Overall Review: It was a great buy, especially considering that I upgraded from a gtx 435M. Battlefield 4 runs like butter with everything maxed out. ARMA III runs well, you may need to turn down some of the crazy post processing it has, but it still looks fantastic. Great price, great buy, no complaints.

Let's take a step back here...

Acer G6 Series G236HL Black 23" TN 5ms (GTG) 60 Hz Widescreen LED/LCD Monitor 1920 x 1080 FHD, Slim Profile Design, Acer eColor Technology, and EcoDisplay
Acer G6 Series G236HL Black 23" TN 5ms (GTG) 60 Hz Widescreen LED/LCD Monitor 1920 x 1080 FHD, Slim Profile Design, Acer eColor Technology, and EcoDisplay

Pros: Sleek Works Great colors Very slim design, which I'm quite happy with.

Cons: No speakers? Who uses the built in speakers anyway? Nothing else.

Overall Review: Why are the ratings so low for this monitor? Sounds like some people don't understand what they are buying before they buy it. I got this monitor for about 110 bucks, and I saw the same monitor in Best Buy for about 129. If you want a monitor that can do a backflip and then connect you to the internet whilst cooking you breakfast, go spend more money elsewhere. This monitor has been fantastic for me. The colors are great, I'm 1080p gaming like a pro, and I wouldn't be able to complain about it if I tried. Great buy, check it out in persona t best buy.

ECS A990FXM-A AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Works out of the box with FX 8320 and I'm guessing 8350's Great price! Bios is easy to navigate What feels like a thousand USB 2's, and they throw in USB 3 just to be kind to you. Comes with a built in speaker so you can hear any post beeps. Has most of the bells and whistles the more expensive 990 boards have, but is actually affordable

Cons: No USB 3 front header, but I knew that before I bought it so whatever.

Overall Review: Used this is my first build, and so far it has performed admirably. Make sure you install the front header lights and buttons BEFORE YOU PUT THE MB IN THE CASE, or you will hop on that struggle bus and ride it for at least 40 minutes. Other than that, great buy and I am fully satisfied. ECS seems to be a much less talk about brand, but to get a good 990FX board for this price is quite fantastic.
