Great Drive

Corsair Force 2.5" 120GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F120GB2-BRKT
Corsair Force 2.5" 120GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F120GB2-BRKT

Pros: Great little drive, very fast and reliable. Had mine over a year now with no issues with the drive itself. Read and write rates as advertised. I just wish I could get another one for less than $100 (they are about 200-300 now for whatever reason) so I could do a RAID 0 set up. I will stick with Corsair for all my SSD drives from now on because of this spectacular product. Only regret is I didn't get a bigger one because I can only fit about 4 games on it (World of Warcraft, Assassins Creed II, Assassins Creed Revelations, and Star Wars: The Old Republic), but that's not a con, just due to the size of the drive.

Cons: none

Overall Review: If you are running Windows 7 (which you should if you have an SSD) you will see that the space free may be slightly less to substantially less than it should be if you select all on the C: and right click and go to properties. This is because of your pagefile and your hiberfil.sys file. If you have a ton of RAM you will notice much less free space than you should have (because your pagefile defaults to your RAM size and you hiberfil.sys is also the size of your RAM. To get this space back, you need to reduce your pagefile size and then disable your hibernation (powercfg -h off) to reclaim this space). In my case, because I have 16GB of RAM, I saw that I had 32GB less free space than I should. It took a lot of searching to figure this out, so I hope many people can benefit from this review. I would assume this would hold true for Windows XP, if you dare run it with an SSD. If you are running Vista, UPGRADE. Vista is Microsoft's failure OS LOL.

DOES NOT WORK ON ANDROID

Hype Mini Bluetooth Keyboard for Bluetooth Enabled Phones & Tablets w/ Bluetooth 2.0 & 45 Hour Battery Life
Hype Mini Bluetooth Keyboard for Bluetooth Enabled Phones & Tablets w/ Bluetooth 2.0 & 45 Hour Battery Life

Pros: Cool little keyboard with a ton of functionality

Cons: The OEM ran out of licenses for the software to use the keyboard with an Android phone, hence the $10 price point. When you try to activate it says "Activation failed. Please retry before using this software. Application will now close." Very very lame, as I bought this to use with my android phone!

Overall Review: I have not tried this keyboard with a PC or any other device, it may work fine for that. Just don't waste your money on it for an Android phone (unless you can find an app on the market that will allow you to use this bluetooth keyboard), and are okay with possibly having to spend MORE $$$ on software that supposedly comes WITH THE DEVICE.

Excellent so far, after reading a 1 star review I am pleasantly surprised. EDIT: See Update in Cons - Knocked Two Eggs Off For This One

Buffalo WSR-1166DD AirStation AC1200 DD-WRT NXT Pre-Installed Wireless Router
Buffalo WSR-1166DD AirStation AC1200 DD-WRT NXT Pre-Installed Wireless Router

Pros: Based on open source DD-WRT
FAST (at least much, much, much, much faster than the TWC Arris router POC)
Good amount of RAM (128MB - not monstrous, but for $50, not bad at all)
Good feature set
1.3.4 firmware MASSIVE improvement over the original 1.0 firmware it shipped with. GUI is much cleaner, organized and pleasant to look at.
Linux Root SSH access
OpenVPN support
OPKG Support
Guest Network Support in GUI After Firmware Upgrade
Multiple SSID Support
Many many more features - too many to mention!!

Cons: It is, as the one star reviewer mentions (GTD L.), NOT DD-WRT. It is DD-WRT NXT, which is the new version of DD-WRT. Buffalo is rolling new features into it, however - so in the long run this will be a Pro (hopefully).
Came with 1.0 version of the firmware.
VLAN support is there, but only from the command line so far as I can see. UPDATE: After configuring this router fully, I see that in the web UI you can only do a port range of external ports to ONE internal port...... WHAT GOOD IS THAT? So I have 15 ports externally i need to forward to the same 15 ports internally - I have to create an entry for each and every port as a single port instead of being able to take all 15 ports inside. HUGE inconvenience there. This is so ridiculous I'm knocking two eggs off for it. I hope a firmware update (hopefully sooner than later) will resolve this issue.....

Overall Review: I picked this up for $50 at a NewEgg Flash sale. I am EXTREMELY pleased with it. The TWC all in one Arris Cable Modem / Router / Wireless AP I have is such junk that I have had it replaced 4 times and it seems to go offline for no reason every so often. Also just navigating the GUI is TERRIBLY slow, and between every page load I get "Your unit is updating, please wait" which sometimes goes on forever. I purchased a SB6183 Modem ONLY to replace it and am going to use this Buffalo router exclusively for my routing / switching / wireless / etc needs.

I really love this router!! Perfect for a tech enthusiast who doesn't need SUPER advanced features (or even if you do and are good in the command line) and doesn't need an insane amount of power. That being said, this router is pretty powerful.

Great if you like frying SSDs

VANTEC CB-SATAU3-6 NexStar SATA 6Gbps to USB 3.0 Adapter - 2.5"/3.5"/5.25"/SSDs
VANTEC CB-SATAU3-6 NexStar SATA 6Gbps to USB 3.0 Adapter - 2.5"/3.5"/5.25"/SSDs

Pros: When it worked it was fast, passed through the SMART data to the computer.

Cons: After using this device sparingly for a year or so, and of course on a high visibility project for the owner of the company, this device decided to fry the SSD i was working on. Literally. I smelled burning coming from the drive. It disconnected itself from the machine a couple times then it must have fried the controller. Thanks. Now all that data is gone.

Greatest Mouse of All Time

Razer Naga Molten MMO PC Gaming Mouse
Razer Naga Molten MMO PC Gaming Mouse

Pros: Mouse is gorgeous and works wonders on anyone's MMO gameplay or even other games (I find it also useful in Assassins Creed for healing and switching weapons). Worked plug and play! Light dimming effect is awesome.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: Sorry to all those who received a broken mouse or have had issues with theirs. My son broke the right mouse button so I will have to order another one. I have the plastic piece that pushes down the clicker just hanging in there for the moment (if you are bold enough to pull the buttons high enough you will see what I am talking about but I wouldn't recommend it with this amazing mouse.)
