Pros: I ordered two of these at the same time, and they both had no dead pixels and matched the color quality well. The touch sensitive on/off and menu controls are very neat. Love the matte finish instead of glossy.

Cons: These were ordered brand new, but one of the two monitors had a deep scratch on the bezel for some weird reason. Were these refurbished and sold as new? Very disappointed in the fact that my brand new monitor had a deep scratch on the bottom bezel, but the colors matched and there were no dead pixels, so I didn't want to run to the risk of doing an RMA and getting an even worse monitor.

Overall Review: Disappointed that my new monitor has a pretty decent scratch on it (It's so deep, you can run your finger or thumb over it and feel the gouge), but otherwise, satisfied with the picture and color qualities.
