AMD A4 5300 APU w/Radeon HD 7480D gfx review

Pros: This has been very high and has gotten me by for a year happily with no discreet card. Playing World of Warcraft at medium settings with shadows off and water quality low at avg 40-45 FPS 25m raiding I have been pretty happy with the quality of this product. i have also streamed while playing and frapsed while playing with 0 issues. other then the drop in FPS you would normally expect. playing 1080p vids on YouTube full screen runs with out a hitch.
Cons: None really. had one issue where I went a little longer then normal for internal cleaning, and my AMD catalyst alerted me to a High CPU Temp, but I guess that would be more of a Pro as it kept me from burning it up. nothing a shutdown and blow out and clean with a cotton swap and alcohol on the fins didn't fix...keep it clean and it runs cool.... obviously. if your worried about temps use an aftermarket cooler. house gets upwards of 85 degrees in the winter months (wood heat) so I'm happy I have a great flowing case for cool temps.
Overall Review: I have hit a cross road on this build on a budget. reusing HDD and DVD Drive I have kept it under 400 dollars by nabbing reasonable deals while still planning on future upgrades. now that I hit that time, Because this APU/CPU has been so great, I am dealing with the decision of either going Discreet high end graphics card, cheaper mid-end X-fire setup, or just spending a equal amount of money on a stronger APU from AMD and get better quality graphics.
Super Happy!

Pros: Lighting is not to bright, but bright enough to be vivid Seemingly reliable and feels of good quality.
Cons: No option for addressable LEDs, lighting is limited to only breathing, but is based upon temps, So that was kind of neat. Only thing personally is that the LEDs are close enough to the light diffuser to slightly see where each led is located. That's just me being picky.
Overall Review: I would use these again. For the cost of them the feel like a good buy. You get what you pay for, good ram plus some charisma to boot. If you want fancy patterns or control, buy something twice as expensive. I was apprehensive about straying from gskill and into a brand I was unfamiliar with, but I have been pleasantly pleased with my experience.
Cooler Master 500w PSU

Pros: Quiet fan, low temps. plenty of plugins for drives and such. cables may be a tad short but made it work with what is supplied in a CoolerMaster Glite case. Great Buy for the price.
Cons: power plugins for a graphics card are somewhat limited....1 6 pin. but knew that when i ordered. with other poor reviews and moderatly low power output im wondering now if it will be good enough to run a R9 270 Gfx card, will edit when they are in stock and in hand.
Overall Review: Im currently running an A4-5300 3.6 GHz ddual core AMD APU processor on an ASUS F2A55-M LE mother board with a 400ish GB HDD, a DVD/RW lightscribe drive, 1 1TB USB powered external drive, and 3 LED 120mm fans, USB wireless headset transmitter, USB wireless mouse transmitter. USB powered G510s Logitech gaming keyboard, and i also use the USB ports to power my phone chargers (x2) mouse charger, headphones charger, kindle charger and a 4 port USB charger (total of 10 USB ports, 9 if you count the Hub takes up 1 port) and i have yet to notice any problems. curious how this will go with installation of a graphics card though.
Pixxo L.E.D. Case fan

Pros: Super quiet, currently have a case with a slotted window, and air vents EVERYWHERE! 2 of theses 120mm fans installed, plus 120mm Power Supply Unit fan plus stock 120mm case fan... move a ton of air and I was really surprised how quiet they were. They seem dependable so far, and by far worth the price.
Cons: Two things really, One. they are a clear cream/black almost see through brown, although once installed and lit up hard to tell really that they are not 100% clear. Two: not a big problem, and possibly done for interchangability, but the mounting holes are not pre-threaded, and they use self tapping screws to install, still easy to install initially, but I was worried about over tightening and stripping the holes out at first, or loosening after install. but so far so good.
Overall Review: all in all, affordable, dependable, Does its job well and looks nice doing it without breaking your budget.
CoolerMaster

Pros: Larger Mid-Tower so, ample room Good drive location options Lots of options for Ventilation and cooling Very sleek looking case for an affordable price Was pretty easy to install everything into it.
Cons: Instructions were not very specific but, its a tin box with some tabs and holes in it... not much to it... wish there was a wiring diagram. only thing that would make this case better is if one of the slots accepted a memory card reader, (like half the height of a 5 1/2" bay) The dust filters are a bit "cheap" feeling and it would be nice if you didn't have to remove the top fans to clean the top one, lower hole for an extra fan does not have a dust filter, would be nice if they were external and easy pull out.
Overall Review: All in all, the case is perfect for the cost, my house stays pretty warm in the winter time (80 degrees plus) and there is still a noticeable difference in the air temperature coming out of the back of the case. roomy, pretty decent to manage wiring to make it look nice and tidy through the window.
