Overall Review: At the moment this is without a doubt a solid build, and the cheapest price/performace ratio. You don't get the year accidental damage like with an ASUS, but you can pay an extra $80 for it. Definitely get 8 gb of ram, and an SSD. Will still be obsolete in 6 months. But you can at least keep the performance steady through it's life.

Cons: Didn't work. Asus has the worst good/bad motherboard ratio on the planet. Asus Has the second greatest support and service in the world, though. Not 1 single time, have I called, and NOT talked to a polite and helpful associate. WTG ASUS!! Newegg has you beat by an egg though!! Most owners will never update the firmware themselves, and again, no trim support advertised, so any of you who know not what firmware updates are about, leave that to more serious hardware guru's. Cons: GSkill was very strict about shipping guidelines they will accept. NO ENVELOPE PACKAGING. At least 2 inches of padding around product. So, why is okay to ship RMA to me in an envelope? Poor Business ethics. Being a hypocrite. Just lost my business after many years. Can't take it back. Can't get in touch with anyone who cares about my ram. After getting my RMA #, the person who I spoke to made me provide a tracking # to prove I still had proof I shipped it. After knowing they signed for it. Played a 5 minute "cat and mouse" game whether or not to even respond to me. I record my conversations as well. It will hit the net after that bad Customer service. People need to know what kind of company you have become.

Overall Review: I surely understand why they offer a lifetime warranty on their ram, now. They only have that left to keep csutomers coming back. After many sets of ram from them(newegg can verify), you have lost a loyal customer. Again, I do not do business with hypocrites. Would you like to see the RMA instructuction sheet? Pros: It's been a free game to download since the beta. I wouldn't pay the money for a disk, considering it's an online game. If you can't download the game( it's free), then you won't be able to play it anyway.

Cons: You have to choose US or EU, you cannot use both like in the beginning. There's not even an option for my EU friends to play with me.

Overall Review: I have been playing this game since it's arrival to the internet. It's a great FPS game made with tanks. Very lifelike, and accurate.

Cons: Do not make any mistake in your set up, or Lenovo will make sure to charge you for assistance. I spent over an hour working with 3 different people to get my password recovered. If you need to re-install, and back-up disk burning process finished, but didn't burn but half the disks it said to have ready, you're helpless. Thousands of dollars a year on ASUS products, any problem I EVER had, they never asked me for a credit card, assisting me with a brand new product.

Overall Review: Lenovo has tarnished it's name badly. I am, never to suggest anyone risk the chance purchasing any product from this crooked company. Windows offers free service to patrons of their software-unless you buy a computer from a manufacturer. So, now, neither will help me make a new password, or back-up windows disk, just one month after purchase. I spend way too much money each year here at newegg, why I strayed from ASUS for a measly $100 difference in price, DEFINATELY was NOT worth the change of customer service you get. Morals went right out the window with this transaction. I would seriously consider removing the "customer support" from your website, and change it to "paid-aid" .
