A New Contender
Pros: Good Looking Extremely Tuff, has a steel core in the headband. Most Comfortable Sound great, nice heavy bass, clear chat
Cons: No talkback on the mike so you can't hear yourself when you talk, but the mike is very sensitive like Turtle Beaches so you don't have to scream. That's it
Overall Review: First off I am 33 years old and I know audio equipment so you can rely on what I say. These are the most comfortable headset you will find, the pleather ear cups sit around your ears and are sooooo soft, but they still keep from compressing. I wear glasses and they fit around them nicely. The sound is on par if not better than Turtle Beaches , I think the sound is actually clearer and the bass is more dynamic without being thick or too much. I have tried the X11, X31, and X12 Turtle Beaches and these are better in sound and comfort. They also have a detachable mike and rock on an mp3 player with a 2.5-3.5 adapter. If you don't want Turtle Beaches and your looking at other options this is your best choice, trust me I have tried the new Triton Detonators and others in this price range, nothing compares except for the X12 TB's. The Detonators by Tritton are horrible, stay away from them at all costs. In this price range these bad boys reign KING!
Not Worth The Money
Pros: They look really sweet, probably one of the best looking hedsets I have ever seen or felt. And they sound good with your MP3 player.
Cons: Everything, the sound on Xbox MW3 is dirty and has no life. When playing MW3 everything is quite, so I turn it up, and wow the choppers and killstreak rewards are then so loud you can't hear anything. The sound is really muddy with no bass. They are also not that comfortable, they are ok for an hour but after that they will give you a headache and hurt your ears if you wear glasses.
Overall Review: Let me start off by saying I was really excited about these, they looked rally good and were really Hyped at E3, but IDK what happened, I can't believe Microsoft co branded these with there name, maybe they didn't actually try them? I have a set of X11's I wanted to replace, but I sent the Trittons back because the X11's sound better. I will be getting the X12's or the Soundblaster 360 Sigmas. Don't be wowed by the Cool factor, because that's all these have.
Nice Touch
Pros: Fits around the controller nicely, feels nice on your hands, and remember when your hands got sweaty the controller would slip? not anymore, every controller should be made with this cover!
Cons: None
Overall Review: Guys as cheap as this is it adds a nice element to the controller, it makes it grip well in all conditions. It fits very well also, and is easy to put on.
Good For The Money
Pros: Sound Great, for stereo sound they do really well. Nice bass feature to make explosions louder. I play COD and shooters and they work well.
Cons: When you turn on the sound features your team mates chat sounds different and you get random popping noises (may be this individual headset). Not very compfortable to me, I wear a size 7.25 hat.
