Pros: I have spent/lost.wasted hours troubleshooting this wireless internet issue. I called Asus support from work the first time and after 40 minutes on hold I was directed to download the drivers I had tried many times and then was told I would have to pay for non-refundable return shipping and finally was not able to completely create a support case because I did not have my serial number - I even offered to email it to the kid later--no go. Anyways, I call back later that night to try again, wait another 45 minutes, and then I WAS HUNG UP ON BY ASUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT before communicating with anyone. I am salty and stuck witrh $1200 brick until I dissemble it, only to have to put it back together again. The most annoying part is that the original OS installed was Ubuntu--which at the very first worked great until the internet stopped working and would not stay connected for more than a minute. So after a lot of troubleshooting and research I figured it was Ubuntu that was causing the issue. SO I spent 85 dollars on Windows 7 because Windows 8 sucked at the time. Now I have a perfectly working PC without internet connection (setup in basement and router is upstairs) and also a BRICK that I haven't used. NOW all my components are a few months old and I have yet to use them as intended. Weird part is no networks were ever found with Win7, but I was actually able to load a few webpages with Ubuntu

Overall Review: Asus has not been pleasant to work with so far
