Great Drive!
Pros: Fairly small USB 3.0 drive with 512GB's of storage space! This is perfect for all my software, files, and virtual machines when going to different PC's/Laptops with my jobs.
Cons: None really, except maybe the price. Can get 512GB SSD's cheaper, but if you need it, what can you do? Sometimes you have to use the included USB 3.0 cable to allow connections to a device with another peripheral plugged into the USB port next to it as it is a bit bulky, but not too big of a deal.
Overall Review: Overall a good drive and very helpful if you need a lot of portable storage and you don't want to lug around, for example, a WD passport and so on. :)
Great Router!!!
Pros: Great Wi-Fi speeds and signal strength throughout the whole house. Connected all my Wi-Fi devices without any problems (some ac, n, b). Simple user interface.
Cons: Price is a bit high and router doesn't have all the ac band features. No USB 3.0 port for NAS, but not a deal killer and ok with ac Wi-Fi speeds and transfer rates.
Overall Review: Overall a great router with plenty of features and its simple to setup and secure! Was able to get rid of my repeater as my previous router just didn't cut it, so this definitely has a better signal range. Amped Wireless makes good network gear...never had problems with any of their products.
This thing Rocks!
Pros: Installs easily and runs very quiet and cool compared to previous generations I have used of the EVGA/NVidia cards. Frame rates in all the games I have tested out are higher. :D
Cons: Price! Would like to get another one for SLI, but, hey, one is better than nothing...or having the 580GTX!
Overall Review: Great card and runs mostly everything without a hiccup. Definitely pick one up if you get the opportunity to do so. Purchased the back plate (Part Number: 100-BP-2780-B9) from EVGA.com for around $20 and put it on the card. Would have been nice if this was included for the price and variant of this series of card.
Awesome 1TB SSD
Pros: 1TB SSD storage! This is awesome. Seems to be really snappy. Used a Samsung 830 512GB previously and this is on par with it. Price seems reasonable as well for compared to other companies and the storage space offered with the specifications.
Cons: None that I can think of. However, I wish I could get another one for a RAID 0 on my laptop! haha
Overall Review: Installed this in one of my HP Envy's and it worked great. Installed a clean image of Windows 8 Pro and no problems what so ever. Run 4-5 VM's at given times on this laptop and the drive keeps up just fine. Great for all the music and videos I have as well.
Great USB 3.0 drive!
Pros: Blu-ray reader and writer with a USB 3.0 interface. Only takes up one USB port, second one for power wasn't needed. Works great with my new HP Envy 15t-J000 series as it don't have a built in optical drive. Oh, and the finish is nice and seems to be durable! :)
Cons: None really I can think of. Price could always be better?
Overall Review: Great external drive that reads and writes basically everything under the sun. Perfect for mobile optical solutions.
Great RAM!
Pros: Great RAM for a good price, 1600MHz @ CAS 9. Dropped right into my HP Envy I use for work. Recently moved to Windows 8 and run numerous VM's through VMware and this RAM is awesome for that.
Cons: Nothing really. It works and has a lower latency for 1600MHz so-dim RAM, so I can't complain.
Overall Review: Get this for your laptop if you run extensive apps (Adobe stuff, VMware, Maya, AutoCAD, etc.) If you can get an SSD, of course pick that up too! :)
