Pros: Great keyboard while it worked

Cons: Customer support is literally non existant

Overall Review: the keyboard was awesome for the first week until the keys started to skip. After checking my drivers and reinstalling a couple of times, I decided I would just return it since I was still under warranty. That was a terrible idea. For the past month I have not gotten a single email back from MadCatz and every time I have called their support line, there is an automated response saying their phones are "down for the holidays" and i immediately get disconnected. I dont know what company in their right mind would shut down their customer service department for over a month right after christmas, but apparently that is their policy. I recieved this for christmas and since they haven't responded for over a month, my warranty is up and I am unable to return the keyboard anymore. Like I said, the keyboard was great but I should have bought it from newegg or a local computer store that would honor their customer support and return policy. If you have any second thoughts about this, just drop MadCatz tech support a call for yourself and see if theyre still enjoying their holiday.
