Pros: I lowered the voltage 1.5, and lowered the clock to a VERY stable 1600 with 6-6-6-18 timings. I believe with a little more tweaking I can get them to even better timings.
Cons: The images of the product, on both new egg, and the G.Skill website show this with a Black PCB. The set I received had the standard Green PCB. I didn't want green, or I would have purchased a set that was. I am disappointed that the color is wrong, but it's not 100% a deal breaker. If I had of known they were green though, I would not have purchased them.
Other Thoughts: Representation of the product needs to be better. If the product has two different colored PCB, state that in the description. Give us the option of which color. Some people are meticulous about the colors they have in their build. Others do not care. Me, I was going for a specific look, and while most of the green is hidden, you can still see enough to ruin the build. I will use this set of memory for now, and after further research, I will order a proper product with an actual BLACK PCB.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset
Pros: Durable. My 10 year old son carries them around with his laptop in a laptop backpack, and they have yet to get broken. Comfortable.
Cons: Not fully Circumaural as they aren't big enough to cover my 10 year old sons ear. This doesn't affect comfort though.
Other Thoughts: They were $34.99 when I purchased them, and I believe they are worth that. You can get better headsets for $50. It's all in your preference. My son likes them, and that is all that matters. If they were True Circumaural, I would give them a full 5 egg rating.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Rosewill RHM-556 3.5mm Connector Circumaural Headset
Pros: Very inexpensive, nice folding design. Seems to be made well. Very much worth the price, if they maintain any longevity. Perfect for the traveling person with a laptop.
Cons: These are barely considered Circumaural, with a 3.5" x 2.5" ear cup, and only about 0.5" worth of padding thickness. Some people will find these may be too small and press against their ears instead of surrounding them.
Other Thoughts: They are very much worth the price, just don't expect something that is going to blow you away in performance. As far as performance to price ratio, I give them a 10. As far as overall performance when compared to products that are in the <$30 range. I give them an 8. Overall, a great product for an even better price. Though larger heads/ears may want to look elsewhere.READ FULL REVIEW
