Pros: This device is the best ipod ever released by Apple. It's easy to upload music and photos to, and easy to view/listen to them. One of the best features of the device, is the touch screen. It's responsive and quick. It's also nice to be able to take advantage of the app store. Also, I like the addition of the volume buttons on the sides.

Cons: The worst part of this device is the back plate. I scratehs very easily. No matter how hard you try, this device will get scratched unless you have some sort of case on it for protection. The touch screen smudges very easily. So you might consider a screen protector. Also, I found that the ear-buds that it came with were rather uncomfortable. They were tight for me, and hurt my ears after long usage. But I know some people who like them, so you may too. Just something to keep in mind.

Overall Review: Other than what I said above. Not much else to say. Not the perfect device, but still really good. The only difference between this and the iphone is: no phone, no texting, and no 3G support.
