Pros: Cost of printer. Quality of print jobs. Print speed. Service after the sale - call Xerox and they answer the phone whilst speaking fluent English!

Cons: Toner scam - each toner cartridge has a chip on it that counts pages and it seems to also take into account the coverage of each color per page. Example: 5% coverage is assumed when they tell you how many pages you can print per cartridge. So if they tell you 2500 pages and you print at 25% coverage on blue, you only can print 500 pages and it's going to lock that cartridge out. This causes us to throw away half full and at times 3/4 toner cartridges which aren't cheap. This is a scam all the way. Xerox should be prosecuted for Unfair & Deceptive Trade. Yet if I want to know what the coverage per page is, it won't tell me.

Overall Review: I don't think I'll ever buy from Xerox again. Even if they abate the toner scam, the damage is done.

Pros: nil.

Cons: Where to start? Will not scan on Win7 x64 Ultimate. It's not going to happen. These people are pigs. A default install puts upwards of 15 programs on your system. Everything from toobar to shopping and updater, an updater updater and about a half dozen others and it still won't scan. The diagnostic utility that says it is removing the software does not. It keeps the toolbar, shopping, etc. and all that trash right on your system. It takes fewer restarts to install Windows 95 than it does this trash. I have been through more than 50 restarts trying to install this software to the liking of the pigs who sell it but it STILL DOES NOT WORK. I would give zero eggs but that option is not available. If negative eggs were an option I think that's where I would head.
