Smaller than you think!
Pros: Small lightweight TV ideal for desk. Good pictures viewed straight-on, i.e, while sitting, as in using a PC.
Cons: I was replacing a Sanyo 13" TV. Even though the Naxa and old one had about the same overall dimensions, the Sanyo was a 4:3 format, versus a 16:9 for the Naxa. This results in a visually much smaller picture than I expected. It is even worse when the station is showing a 4:3 show - that results in a stretched image, and thick black bars at top and bottom, resulting in a very small view. Had I been able to actually see any(!) 13" in a store before buying one, I would have realized I needed a 15" to be comparable to the old Sanyo. I will return the Naxa, and pay the 15% restocking fee. Point 2: We use this TV on a kitchen counter, to glance at while preparing dinner, etc. Unfortunately, this TV has a rather unforgiving viewing angle. Stand up and the picture fades out. Also, the sound is tinny and poor quality, especially compared with the old 2003 TV.
Overall Review: This is one of those times when buyin g sight unseen online doesn't work very well. But no one has a 13" on display in the store. I looked or called without luck)
