squealing noise renders monitor unuseable

Pros: High quality display.
Cons: High pitched squealing noise emanates from the back of the monitor. It is loud enough to render the monitor essentially unusable.
Overall Review: I purchased one of these monitors. The high pitched squealing noise I described in the "Cons" section made it impossible to use because I work in a quiet environment. I returned the monitor and was given a replacement. The replacement monitor also emits the awful squealing noise. I consider the money I paid for this to be wasted. Do not buy this monitor unless it will be used somewhere with a very high level of ambient noise. A Laundromat, maybe.
Can't use with Storage Spaces/Pools

Pros: None beyond basic functionality. Maybe they are fast. I don't know. They don't seem to be compatible with the feature for which I bought them.
Cons: Can't be used in Windows 8 storage pools. Receive a "device I/O error" when I try to make a storage pool out of two of these drives. Certainly, they seem to work, strictly speaking, but that's hardly a "pro". Every drive should, at the very least, work. But they aren't capable of being used with the basic OS feature I bought them for, while similar drives can. So they are useless.
Overall Review: I have the 512 GB version of this drive and it works fine, so I bought two of these 128's. The first two I got would not be recognized by Windows (8) no matter what I did. RMA'd them. The next set works fine in Windows. However, they will not work with Storage Spaces, which was the whole reason I bought them. The 512 GB drive DID work in a Storage Space. How many times am I supposed to RMA these, I wonder? I guess OCZ doesn't know about Windows 8 yet... I won't be spending anymore money on a company that won't keep up with features of the latest operating system, and I suggest the reader also does not as well.
