Pros: I Loved the original and this one really improves everything (except quality)

Cons: I have had two of these and both have had a list of things wrong with them. I've had screws so cross threaded to the point where was nothing left. And a side panel that was so misaligned that the door would not close. I've called and emailed Phanteks and they completely agreed it was defective but wanted me to pay shipping to get it fixed. they were just rude and dismissive about the whole thing. Here is what I've seen in the TWO I've had Imperfections in the aluminum scratches and chips in the steel frame (same spots) (small) scratches in the glass the majority of the screws were COMPLETELY shredded panel misalignment to the point I couldn't close it messed up hinges to the point where it took me greasing the hinges and using my foot to get it off

Overall Review: I used to love Phanteks, but I'm done fighting with them. I have already bought my water loop for this case. But for my next, I will go with something else.
