Pros: LOVE this kettle! As one who uses boiled water all throughout the day [partially due to my lack of confidence in local water supply] I cannot be happier with this item. It hold 1 gallon [4L] and it maintains its heat well as it's insulated. SS on the interior was a selling point for me as I don't wish to ad [additional] BPA into my body, if I can avoid it. It has a cool blue 'lava-light-on-steroids' type dispenser which has a safety button next to it to prevent little people from accidentally reaching boiling water. Got it today, ran a cleaning gallon thru it to remove any production residue, etc. and it has fully met all my expectations, and then some. Lastly, after doing online research I got it thru Newegg [my favorite online merchant] because with it's initial lower price and 2 coupons, I got it for almost half the average online price. Gotta LOVE Newegg!

Pros: Less-than-none; if one counts the wasted money and time in ordering, manipulating it, hoping to make it somehow work, and ultimately realizing what a useless product this really is. It wouldn't work on any of the several PCs in my home. And lastly it is magnetized; and upon reflection, maybe it's a good thing it doesn't work. . . . .I wouldn't want to fry my data.

Cons: 3 words: doesn't work. Period.

Overall Review: Upon bringing problem to the attention of Newegg personnel, along with mutually-beneficial suggestion for resolution, I couldn't be happier with Newegg's response; resulting in continuing to keep me the happy little Newegg shopper they've known me to be for some years, now.

Pros: Ordered Monday; plugged in Thursday. Great Newegg service! Storage units couldn't be easier; plug & play for Windows, tho' Mac users need to do a few things to make it work for them. Couldn't ask for a better product.

Cons: none - though I should have bought 3 more units!

Overall Review: Review of Aroma Hot H20 X-Press Electric Water Kettle. (2/23/12) Excellent hot water 'kettle' only equalled by Newegg's fabulous, 2-bsns-day delivery. In addition to everything previously stated about this beauty of an under-appreciated little gem - it is very well made and features a gorgeous polished stainless steel exterior. Boiling takes @ 1 minute-per-cup (I timed it.) At the low cost ($27.99 w/NoSalesTax AND free shipping I should have bought 2 and gifted one.) This replaces a very expensive plastic electric water 'kettle' which I was in constant fear would meltdown. This product surpasses all expectations and that makes me love Newegg all the more!
