It takes a bit of work...

Pros: The Elite book is, overall, a vary rugged laptop. I have been very happy with it's versatility and overall reliability. With a SSD it starts up very quickly. The price is also very good. The fingerprint scanner is convenient for securing the laptop at school or in a public place where you don't want to just leave it open.
Cons: The keyboard light has a tendency to turn its self on as the latch that holds it down is warn. There are also some minor dings and rub marks on the case from the previous owner. There are no drivers installed for any of the hardware specific to this laptop. If you do not have adequate tech knowledge, I highly recommend you DO NOT buy a rebuild. Rebuilds, like this laptop, will only be half functional out of the box without drivers. This is likely because of the fresh Windows install. It will take a bit of driver installing and tweaking to get the computer up and running. What I had: 2 of the 4 USBs did not work. The finger print scanner did not work. The mouse pad was partially working.
Overall Review: After going to HP's Website and downloading all of the missing drivers (Free download), The laptop works great! It took about 2 afternoons to do but anyone with adequate tech knowledge should have no trouble. HP makes it very easy to find drivers for your computer.
