Very satisfied!

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler, 4 CDC Heatpipes, 120mm PWM Fan, Aluminum Fins for AMD Ryzen/Intel LGA1200/1151
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler, 4 CDC Heatpipes, 120mm PWM Fan, Aluminum Fins for AMD Ryzen/Intel LGA1200/1151

Pros: Does exactly what it's supposed to at a relatively low price. I have an FX-4100 and with the stock cooler, every time I would tab out of a game I'd see a warning from my mobo that cpu temps had exceeded 65C. I installed this thing and, with only the one fan it comes with, my idle temps went from cpu at 48C and mobo at 39C to cpu at 37C and mobo at 32C and my gaming temps went from cpu +65C and mobo and mobo in the mid-40's to cpu at 46C and mobo at 32C.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to install, but that's not really a design problem, in my opinion. It's just a big cumbersome cooler and, in tight quarters, that'll always be tricky. The instruction did, however, suck. They were very vague and left a lot for the user to just figure out for themselves, and the whole "manual" just seemed smashed together with poor distinction between different instruction sets.

Overall Review: Poor instructions aside, if you have any natural sense of mechanics, it should be easy enough to figure out, and the product does, indeed, cool your cpu significantly. Given my aging cpu, I hoped to have some headroom to mess with over-clocking it, and I think it has certainly delivered me that.

Good case for the price

Pros: Good quality for the price. Aesthetically pleasing to my eye. Feels roomy (compared to the 7 year old case I'm upgrading from). I like that there is a place to install a 3rd fan. I just happened to have a brand new 120mm fan sitting around that I was previously unable to use, so this was fortuitous.

Cons: The drive plates are entirely too difficult to remove. I saw one reviewer mention that he cut himself in the process. I did the same thing and bled all over the place. In hindsight, the only proper course of action would've been to use a very long screw driver or part of a drumstick or something to put it against the back and then hammer or beat it out, and both of those methods seem likely to cause damage. Also, the blue LED on the rear fan does not work. The fan works fine, but the light doesn't. The light on the side-panel fan works fine, as well. It's not a huge deal to me, but it'd be nice to receive a product in 100% working order.

Overall Review: In conclusion, it is a very attractive case. In terms of cooling, the airflow is certainly not it's primary selling point, but if you add a 3rd fan, it seems to be up to the task. Based on price:value ratio, I'm tempted to give it 5 eggs. However, the bloody band-aid wrapped around my thumb right now reminds me that it is not perfect. Between that design flaw and the faulty fan LED, I'd give it 3.5 eggs, but I'll round up to 4.
