Broken after 8 months
Pros: I gave this chair 2 eggs because I really liked it. I liked the feel. I liked the level of the arm rests. The chair is comfortable and the height and tilt adjustment works well. Until it failed, I was very happy with this chair. I am giving it 2 eggs because I was very happy with it before it failed on me after 7 months.
Cons: I received my chair on 9/4/12. Today is 5/16/13 and my chair just snapped in half on me. I am not overly large. I'm 6'0, 195-200. I work from home so I use this chair several hours during the week, but I have never abused it. My last desk chair was half the price and lasted over 7 years. I do lean back at times and set my keyboard on my lap with my mouse still on the desk (so not a severe incline), but when I did that today the metal that connected the base to the chair snapped and I fell backwards and the chair was ruined. Thankfully, I just fell over and didn't have anything behind me that I could crack my head on. It is somewhat comedic, but it is also dangerous depending upon the setup in your office. I spoke with a pleasant woman in customer service who stated that they'll send me a new chair though I'll have to pay the return shipping for the faulty chair. We'll see what happens. It seems very ridiculous to have a chair like this fail after only 7 months. I agreed to pay the return shipping, but after typing this up I'm reconsidering. I'll edit my review after I talk to them about return shipping. I will say I've been happy with Rosewill products overall over the last two or three years. I bought this chair because of the trust I had developed from previous items. I've recommended Rosewill products to friends and family over the last several years which has led to many different sales. I've never heard any complaints from anyone. Still, I'll be very reluctant to buy large items from them in the future due to the potential return fees. There is no excuse for a $119 chair lasting only 7 months.
Buyer beware. The WAN port is only 100 Mbps making the advertised 300 Mbps wireless mostly useless
Overall Review: I would not recommend unless your internet connection is below 100 Mbps.
