Absolutely Blown Away

Pros: The 6MB L3 cache. This processor is extremely fast. Great for all of those gamers out there, like myself. I was previously using an Athlon 64 X2 5400 BE and there is an obvious improvement. This is probably one of the best investments I've made on my computer. I'm also very happy that it is an AM2+ socket. Even at the stock clock this CPU is lightning fast.
Cons: Haven't been able to find any thus far.
Overall Review: I think I've double my fps in Crysis even though I increased the graphics settings from high w/dual core to very high w/quad. I play a lot of Call of Duty 4 and my fps is at a higher constant than with my dual core at roughly 100fps (highest settings, 4x AA 1920x1080). AMD Phenom II X4 2.8Ghz w/ Cooler Master Hyper 212 4GB DDR2 5300 500GB 7200RPM Seagate Nvidia GTX 260 896MB DDR3 MSI K9A2 CF V2(used to have dual ATi cards) Alienware Predator 2.0 Case
Very Disappointed

Pros: Newegg is absolutely amazing. I ordered this graphics card and it was shipped to me within 12 HOURS which is the only reason why I am giving the product 2 eggs. Absolutely unbelievable. Newegg really is the best website for ordering parts. I will never go to any other site for my orders. I <3 Newegg.
Cons: The card was DOA. I plugged it into the mobo. Connected all the wires properly including the 2 PCIE power cables and there was no video when I booted up. I made sure that the psu was switched off before installing the card to prevent problems such as static shock. Somehow the card actually destroyed my motherboard. I'm not exactly sure how that happened. I know that especially with refurbished products there is never a guarantee that the product will work. I know that EVGA is a very prestigious company but I am very disappointed that a product that was supposedly reviewed by their technicians did not work. I will have to call them tomorrow and figure out their RMA system since there seems to be no warranty directly from Newegg.
Overall Review: Despite all of the precautions I took to install the card properly somehow I managed to destroy my mobo. Everything seems to be working EXCEPT the PCIE slot. Then again since that port doesn't work, I can't really tell if anything else is working and therefore just assuming. I'm guessing that there will not be any compensation for this. Luckily I don't have a job and have no other way to get money besides birthdays. Thanks to this fact, I won't have a computer to use until November as it seems. It seems to be that I always luck out and Newegg either doesnt directly cover the warranties or I happen to purchase things that are non-refundable. ALWAYS read every single detail about the product before buying it.
Amazing card!

Pros: Absolutely blows through anything that you throw at it. Before this card I had a 1GB HD5870 that didn't cut it for me. I haven't even thought about lag since I got this card. Everything is maxed out with no problem. This is by far one of the best investments I have made for my computer.
Cons: This card generates a TON of heat. The card itself and the Ati program do not regulate the fan speed automatically whatsoever. Whenever I play any game I have to manually set the speed above 50% (usually at 75%) or else my computer will display a brown screen and shut off. The other issue that some people may have is how large this card is. I knew it was going to be bigger than the 5870 but I was still stunned by its size. Luckily I just bought a new case that has plenty of room.
Overall Review: One final issue I had was that I could not get a driver to install properly for this card at first. Repeatedly it would give an error saying that no device was installed that fit the description. Originally I was using the HDMI port but ended up using a DVI-HDMI adapter which magically fixed the problem.
Amazing

Pros: Beautiful case. Even when on high, the fans are extremely quiet. NZXT includes all the hardware you could possibly need. I was happy that they included all the motherboard standoffs (painted black). I was suprised that the only parts of the case that are plastic are the top and front pieces, although they are made of a high quality plastic. There is plenty of ventilation throughout the case and a fair amount of fans to move air. Cable organization is great. They took the time to organize the wires for the dual 120mm side fans as well as the additional 200mm side and front 120mm fan. I was surprised that the ""tool-less" design actually works on this case (always a plus when their ads for the feature actually work). This case is perfect for someone who needs to fit big graphics cards (i.e. 6990 or 5970) or someone who has a huge CPU cooler. Almost forgot to compliment them on their nice fan controls on top.
Cons: Some people may be annoyed that there is no USB 3.0, however I don't have anything that utilizes that feature so it's not a problem for me. The other small problem for me was that the USB ports are all on the top of the case which is a slight inconvenience since my computer sits on my desk. This issue is not worth knocking off an egg since all I have to do is just stand up to access the ports. Major distraction from studying for my finals.
Overall Review: At the moment my case houses: AMD Phenom II X6 1075 w/ Zalman 9500A Asus M4N98TD EVO <-- will be swapped out to do xfire 8GB DDR3 Kingston HyperX ATI HD 6870 1GB Seagate 500GB 7200rpm HDD 550watt Cooler Master eXtreme Power (Didn't realize it was a 550 until I swapped cases so this is also being replaced)
Not working?

Pros: I got this for an amazing price (somewhere else =( ). The fan is dead quite while idle unlike the Palit GTX460 I bought a while ago. Looks great since it doesn't have ugly stickers on it.
Cons: I have tried multiple drivers including the ones off of Nvidia's website and the included disc but no matter what I do, I get a BSOD instantly on start-up of Windows 7. The computer is perfectly fine before I installed the driver as well as when I start-up in safe mode, but when I try to run Windows normally I get the same BSOD. I tested this on a different computer and got the same result. All of my other ASUS products work fine so I am unsure as to why this one doesn't.
Overall Review: I am going to RMA this card and hopefully get one that works. In the meantime I have to use my noisey GTX460 (which worked perfectly after taking out the 470 and reinstalling 460)
Disappointed

Pros: The cpu is very cheap. The multiplier is unlocked as it is a Black Edition.
Cons: The packaging for the cpu was very insufficient. When I received the cpu I checked the condition of it as the protective foam is very minimal. When I took a look underneath there was a pin that had snapped off and a couple that were bent. I am planning on getting an RMA as soon as possible.
Overall Review: This was a custom computer build for a client which will be most likely delayed by a week or two. Hopefully Newegg will take my word that the pins were bent before i installed the cpu and wasn't a novice trying to mash it into place.
