5 out of 5 eggs Good TV the THIRD time... 09/15/2013

This review is from: Toshiba 65" 1080p Clearscan 240Hz LED-LCD HDTV 65L7300U

Pros: The picture on this TV is UNBELIEVABLE! I find myself watching old movies again as it is as if I am watching them for the FIRST time on the TV. Gorgeous colors, great definition, awesome viewing angle. I can honestly say that this television looks as good or better than LED LCD screens that cost 2 or THREE times as much. You WON'T be disappointed...

Cons: Well, it took Newegg THREE TRIES to get a TV to me! The first one came in SMASHED and then I had to wait a couple WEEKS for it to be taken away from my house. Then, I ordered two more TV's, which, were charged to my credit card and then on the day it was supposed to go out for delivery, all of a sudden, the TVs were out of stock! Don't plan on receiving ANY TV from New Egg until it actually ships, their inventory system is just HORRIBLE! As far as the TV negatives are: It is heavy (about 100 lbs), the online built in screen are slow (no biggie as I use my PS3 for online access, but could be an issue if this is the only way to access the internet), and finding a stand to find such a wide TV is limited.

Other Thoughts: Overall, I can't think of any reason not to own this TV. The picture quality is SO AWESOME that any negative of the TV weight or the slow internet access are FAR outweighed. I mean, yes, you can spend 500-1000 more for a TV which has faster internet capabilities, or, you can spend 100-200 more on an xbox 360 or PS3 which smokes the abilities of any TV on the market. If you are looking for a superior picture, this is the set for you, if you are looking for a TV with blazing fast internet access, you need to move on and spend more money.
