Cons: Anything that you think can possibly think can go wrong, just might! - 2nd week CPU fan was not clamped, just held on by thermal glue *fell and broke the blade.* - *at this point I was already talking to tech support about my hard drive* -1st week my hard drive was already making a double *click click* noise and was getting a S.M.A.R.T. Warning for its potential memory loss any day. .*

Overall Review: I purchased the warranty on this computer which I was greatfull I did. At first.. Tech support with Cyberppwer PC seems to be a hit or miss. Either they will have you fill out a credit card release form so they can charge you if you don't return the defective parts *postage is on you!* or they will send out a box for your whole desktop that you will realistically be without for probably close to a month. I say that because if they couldn't get the desktop right the first time, I'm not holding my breath for a 2nd covered under warranty. Once I get the box, ship it out and get my desktop back the way it should be I will cross my fingers for nothing to happen again that's not operator error. Otherwise I'm going for a refund.
