Smooth
Pros: Fast, quiet & stable. I replaced the HDD in my HP laptop. I am usually a WD Black person but they only offer 750gb in standard config and the 1tb + SSD. Budget did not allow for the hybrid. Start to finish everything went smooth as silk. There is a definite difference in boot time in Win7 and programs pop up immediately. I have not noted any difference in temperature from the old 5400rpm.
Cons: Wish it had a 5 year warranty but its not a Black.
Good equipment
Pros: Nice and solid. Yes, smallish ear cups so if your coconut is big you might consider another headset. Well built, and I mean it. This headset gets passed around between myself and my 3 boys 7, 10, 15. They've been dropped, fought over, tugged etc. They're PS3 by day and night and often worn to sleep by my 15yo listening to his iPod.
Cons: The cable from the headset to the control head is a tad small in diameter. Also its length could stand to add 6". Being only 3' it pulls on the cord if you use it as headphones and iPod is in your pocket. Still this is not a Egg dropper, just a personal preference.
Excellent
Pros: Solid, quality build. It sits very stable on the desk. 3.0 transfers quickly. Heavy, quality 3.0 cable. Nice as a side note: was able to pack this back up in its original box without having to push and jam so it could be stored.
Cons: None, none, none.
Overall Review: I used this initially to mirror my laptop HDD to install my new one. Sadly my laptop is only USB 2.0, but it appeared to run the copy at full 480mb/sec the whole time. Next came wipe and reformat of a spare drive off my home tower. Lightning fast, only hold up was the older HDD I was wiping was only 3Gb/s. Nice product Unitek!
Fail but still Happy
Pros: Good solid WD Black quality. Easy RMS process. This device was replaced with another WD black. Only out of pocket was <$7 shipping to WD.
Cons: Yes, this drive started to fail after 3+ years and it was noticed before complete failure. I was able to transfer nearly all my data over to another drive prior to RMA this drive to WD. The data I didn't transfer was by choice not because it was lost. Acronis and WD Data Lifeguard are good tools, they stay on my system and I check my drives regularly.
Overall Review: System started running sluggish and especially when accessing 500GB secondary drive. Acronis and WD Utilities shows bad drive, would not finish tests ended in premature failure. Followed WD RMA process and choose non-prepaid return (since this was a backup drive). I was able to save 95% of data on my main drive prior to sending it back. No fuss. These drives are 3+ years old. I cannot conplain one bit. System is on 24/7/365
Flawless WD Black
Pros: Replaced my aging WD Raptor 74GB boot drive, which is still working as a back-up drive for my movies. 1.5TB main with 500GB secondary storage, both black series.
Cons: none on 1.5TB

Solid Performer
Pros: Worked without a hitch. Recognized in HP dv7 series notebook. Significant difference over original 768mb installed on Vista 32bit (Why? HP why?)
Cons: none
