Pros: Tech support provides some comic relief. device provides a modest paper weight.

Cons: won't read hard drives, which kind of defeats the purpose in owning this unless it's a paper weight.

Overall Review: in almost 25 years of working in IT/IS, I've heard some whoppers from tech support when I finally break down and call them.....but this company takes the cake. I too was told like other reviewers that my drives were incompatible. I tried to explain to them that considering my Western Digital, Seagate, and even Toshiba hard drives all fail to mount with the device, their claim is kind some form of lunacy, but they insisted my drives were the problem. I suggested that maybe their docking station was incompatible with hard drives in general and was hung up on. I think I'm probably done buying anything from HooToo in the future unless it's an anvil. Don't waste your money or time.
