Most Favorable Review

Can't believe that bad reviews

NETGEAR WNDR4000 N750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Open Source Router - IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n
NETGEAR WNDR4000 N750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Open Source Router - IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n

Pros: Fast, reliable, IPV6, scheduled shutdown, 450 Mbps wireless N, Bandwidth meter, Dual band.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I pre-ordered this thing prior to its release and have had it since the first day it was available. I have not had a single issue with it. By far the best router I have ever owned. It has never dropped a wireless connection on me.

Be careful of modular plugs

Antec CP-850 850W Continuous Power CPX SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply
Antec CP-850 850W Continuous Power CPX SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply

Pros: This is a very stable and high quality PSU so it was hard to rate because I would have given it a 5 if it weren't for 1 issue...

Cons: I have to repeat what others are saying about the modular plugs. I originally blew it off as my own fault but since I am seeing other reviews I have to speak out. I also had installed it into a DF-85 and once installed you cannot see the connectors. I needed additional plugs for my DVD burners so I plugged in the modular plugs and proceeded to fry 2 brand new DVD burners. Fortunately they were a pair of $19.99 drives and not the $400 worth of hard drives I had on the other string of connectors. If you buy one of these it is a good unit but BE VERY CAREFUL if you plug in the modular connectors, they fit backwards easily. I emailed their support asking only that they make sure it never happens to anyone else, but I see that hasn't been done.

Overall Review: This is a great unit for the price, just be careful that you plug in the wires correctly if you get one. Also as previously specified, make sure you have a compatible case, this is not standard size.

Excellent Drives

Intel 730 Series 2.5" 240GB SATA 6Gb/s MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SSDSC2BP240G4R5
Intel 730 Series 2.5" 240GB SATA 6Gb/s MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SSDSC2BP240G4R5

Pros: Very fast. 5 year warranty. Build quality seems solid.

Cons: Price seems a little high but I wanted something with a long warranty and Intel has a great SSD reputation.

Overall Review: I bought 2 of these for RAID 0 to replace an aging mechanical array. I was impressed with the speed.
