Rosewill Valens-700M, Valens Series 700W Modular Power Supply, 80 PLUS Gold Certified, Single +12V Rail, Intel 4th Gen CPU Ready, SLI & Crossfire Ready

Pros: Packaging was nice and the semi-modular is a great configuration, since I hate having all those wires hanging in the tower for no reason.

Cons: Died in less than a week. Made a loud popping noise and scared the bejeezes out of my office manager (who's computer it was used in). Normally I'd be skeptical to really write a negative review but based on the fact that so many others have had negative reviews I wanted to add in that I experienced similar issues.

Other Thoughts: I decided to get the RMA one and keep it as a spare, though I doubt I'll ever use it. I wound up buying another EVGA PSU that had 5 eggs.

Also, Newegg normally is great and was very helpful for this RMA; however, they wouldn't send me a new one before they received the defective part, which I understand but when your competitors send you a new part prior to you sending back the bad one you should consider a change in company policy. Otherwise Newegg is great as always.

Ninja Operating BL660 Professional Blender with Single Serve

5 out of 5 eggs Best Blender I've Used To Date 01/07/2016

This review is from: Ninja Operating BL660 Professional Blender with Single Serve

Pros: This thing is awesome - I use it daily to make smoothies. The blades are super sharp and it takes seconds to completely crush my frozen berries and whatnot. Cleaning it is easier than I thought too as long as you at least rinse the blades immediately after use. The suction cups keep the unit from moving which is awesome too.

Cons: None. I wish it was maybe 1-2 inches shorter since it can't fit under my cabinets on my counter, but that's not the fault of the manufacturer, it would be mine for not double checking the height of the blender.

Other Thoughts: I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great bullet. I used the magic bullet for a while and this one blows the magic bullet away! Spend the money and buy this one and you'll be really happy you did! I've been happy and I've had mine for over a year now.

CyberPower CP1500PFCLCD - PFC Sinewave UPS Systems - Pure Sine Wave | 100% Active PFC Compatible with USB Charging Ports

  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

Pros: A great system that has saved me a few times from unexpected power-downs. I use this to backup my main (gaming) PC as well as my network attached storage so any temporary power surges don't knock down my Plex server.

The automatic shutdown program helps me keep my battery power up while I'm not at home, which is definitely a helpful system.

Cons: The only real con is the spacing on the back for the plugs. Like some other reviewers I had to run a surge strip to this just to get use of those obnoxiously bulky power adapters, but I guess I can't truly blame that on this UPS (since all standard sized plugs fit in with no problems).

Other than that, there really are no cons. Price makes sense for this sort of system but I wish I bought another one of these when it was on sale a year ago :\ ....

Other Thoughts: All in all I'm very happy with this product. It's a great solution to your backup needs. It really is easy to use, software is not complex, and I've had absolutely no issues whatsoever (minus some of the plug spacing mentioned earlier).
