Great discs!
Pros: Burn perfectly every time with no coasters!
Cons: I wish they came in a 100 spindle.
Overall Review: Newegg's shipping charges change like the weather, one week ago they charged $3.99 now it's $5.92 for the same item. I don't like inconsistent shipping fees and I found out it's actually cheaper to buy these discs locally, even after paying sales tax.
JUNK!
Pros: Sleek looking
Cons: Unreliable and unstable power performance
Overall Review: I purchased this item to replace my older (and still working) power supply for my new build. I shoud've known better that a quality power supply cost $25.99. My new PC acted like it was possessed! It would shut down abruptly, power up and shut down repeatedly for no reason. I reinstalled my old PSU and since the power connectors disn't match my new components, instead of RMA'ing the PSU, I cut off the plugs I needed and attached them to my old PSU and threw the new one in the trash. If you want a high quality PSU, spend a little because this is not it!
Just the drive??
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Hey WDC no manual or mounting screws? Not everyone replaces one drive for another, some add one on, did you consider that?
Overall Review: When I figure out how to install it, I'll amend my review!
Expected better
Pros: Small and easy to carry
Cons: No LED activity indicator (How much did you save Sandisk?). Feels cheap and very slow!
Garbage!
Pros: They cost less than regular BD-R and now I know why.
Cons: Discs will not play in any of my Blu-ray players.
Overall Review: I reeived these for Christmas and discovered they would NOT play in my stand alone Blu-ray players. Verbatim claims they are the same as regular BD-R. I say NO WAY! Spend a little more and buy regular BD-R discs.
Decent card, lousy Tech Support
Pros: Easy to install. PCIe slot
Cons: NO record level adjustment, complicated H264 record settings.
Overall Review: I did not purchase this card from Newegg, however, I do own one and here's my review. First of all there is NO way to adjust the audio record level, whether it's composite, component or HDMI video. I went back and forth with Avermedia Tech support and after 7 days of emails, responses and screenshots, it turns out they never understood my question at all. Second issue, the original software version 1.7.5 captured video at 29.97 FPS, but the new MediaCenter 3D version 1.7.9 captures at 30 FPS. which by the way, there is NO adjustment for.
