Extremely bad Asus support!!!
Pros: No opinion since product has been with Asus since I bought it
Cons: * Asus posted a bad bios (V210) on their website, which caused the laptop to no longer boot. This required a motherboard replacement. * Asus' repair facility broke a cable during the replacement of the motherboard. Replacement cables are not available.
Overall Review: I opened service # 861335 with Asus. In the past 7 days, I have spoken to 3 customer service agents, and two supervisors (Allan and Judy) for countless of hours. There is nobody at Asus that can tell me when a replacement cable will be available. Due to this ridiculous situation I requested a replacement notebook - which was also refused. So, gross incompetence and a total lack of customer care at Asus is what I am faced with. I do not know if I will ever get my laptop back in a working order. Therefore, be careful in your product selection. While a laptop might work OK, should it break is when your nightmare will start!!!!!!!!!!!
