Pros: Easy set up. When it worked it was fast.

Cons: One day it just up and quit letting anything connect to it. Even can't connect to it use a PC and a ethernet cable. Tried doing a factory reset and even that diesnt work because it doesn't do no matter how long you hold the reset button.

Overall Review: Have to go buy a new router that will actually work.

Pros: Good Tech Specs, especially for the price.

Cons: Come with a broken monitor; Red pixels turn flash on and off on dark backgrounds and gradients and blue pixels show on white backgrounds and gradients (even in bios so it isn't a software issue). It turns out similar things happened to my cousin's and brother's so this might be a bigger deal and HP just isn't saying anything. Anyway shipping it out to get fixed.

Overall Review: Tech support was polite and somewhat helpful but this still shouldnt be an issue on a laptop that was just opened.
