Follow-up Review

Pros: These computers are in good shape. Just got six more delivered, with more on the way. The hard drive is the Seagate Pipeline HD 2, which is 5900RPM, and designed for DVR's. Still works well in a desktop PC. The disk drive mounting frame has a drive cooling fan on the bottom, a plus. There are four memory slots, only two are populated, giving you expansion room. The optical drive is a DVD Reader and CD Burner. The units I received do not burn DVD's. It was not specified in the description that they burned DVD's, so I'm not complaining.
Cons: Joy Systems still does not include the holographic, Microsoft Refurbished PC, physical DVD installation disc in the box, as they have done with refurbished PC's in the past. They now provide a recovery partition, but there is no way to create your own recovery disc. I have called Newegg about this and they have indicated this is not the way it should be. I'm still waiting to see if Joy Systems will start including this Windows 7 reinstallation disc in the future. Newegg indicated they would call me back to report the resolution of this issue after their buyer contacts Joy Systems.
Overall Review: The priced has dropped back down again to $164.99, after being $169.99 for a while. Overall, these are good systems, clean, in excellent shape. I haven't done an analysis of the hard drives to see if they have a lot of hours on them yet, but I plan on doing so in the future. I will continue to purchase these for my customers that are swapping out XP machines.
Did not provide the processor advertised

Pros: Great deal marred by wrong processor.
Cons: Great deal marred by wrong processor
Overall Review: Mistakes happen. I contacted the seller and asked for a small refund instead of shipping the unit back at my expense, or replacing the processor alone. I finally gave up due to the time and expense involved. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
